Homepage  The Diplomatic Spouses Budapest (DSB) association was founded in 2000 by a group of dynamic spouses in the diplomatic community. The Association brings together the spouses of Heads and Deputy Heads of Mission and of International Organisations accredited to Hungary. Today the DSB has grown into an exciting and active association with representatives from over 50 countries
The aims of the Association are to promote friendship and understanding amongst cultures, to improve our knowledge of Hungary and to support humanitarian and charitable causes in our host country. To achieve this, the DSB has monthly gatherings, organises cultural outings, social activities and fundraising events.
An executive committee consisting of 10 members coordinates the activities of the DSB.
The diplomatic life is busy and Budapest is an absorbing and beautiful city, yet nomads need an anchor and that, to its members, the DSB certainly is.
